Development of a building management system “BMS” the Chilean Dr. Gustavo Fricke de Viña del Mar hospital:
AG Solution was commissioned to supply, install and roll out the building management system (BMS) of the new Dr. Gustavo Fricke de Viña del Mar hospital in Chile.
The BMS includes control and/or monitoring of the following aspects:

• Air conditioning
• Lighting in common areas
• Energy supply and control of demand for electricity
• Sanitation facilities (drinking water – waste water)
• Fuel tank levels

Reading meters for cost management with energy management and energy demand control.
Dry contact system integration in the Control Centre:

• Clinical Gas Alarms – Via Dry Contact and Cost Management
• Pneumatic Delivery Alarm – Via Dry Contact in Control Room

Integration of the control solutions with BMS’ SCADA software for operating systems with the following features:

• Digital video system
• Access Control System
• Fire Detection
• Vertical transportation
• Transformer monitoring and meter reading for cost management
• Generator monitoring via Modbus (Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP)
• UPS – Monitoring via Modbus communication protocol (Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP)

Execution of the networks for data buses and structured wiring of LAN network designed in the BMS Project for operating the system
